Before AhavaSana

My creations leading to AhavaSana.

MedaMove

Meditation & movement

MedaMove is an accessible, guided meditation and movement platform in Hebrew, built around MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) principles — for people who find conventional meditation difficult to access: those managing physical limitations, post-trauma, chronic pain, injury, or recovery.

What I was trying to solve

I wanted meditation to actually be reachable for people whose bodies or circumstances made traditional practice hard.

NeshimaSana

נְשִׁימָסָאנָה

NeshimaSana is a single, focused breathing practice, in Hebrew — walking someone through the 4-7-8 technique (developed by Dr. Andrew Weil) in under five minutes, with a guided audio recording.

What I was trying to solve

Sometimes you don’t need an hour, or even ten minutes. Sometimes you just need one real breath.

Different names, different formats, different moments — but the question underneath them was already the same: how can a practice meet someone where they actually are?
