Refund Policy

Care Package Refunds

The Caregiver's Care Package is a digital product that is delivered right away, so all sales are final once it has been delivered. We don't offer refunds for change of mind.

We do want every Care Package to work properly, so please reach out if:

• You can't open your link, or the recordings won't play, and we can't fix it for you. We will fix the problem, and if we can't, we will refund you.
• You were charged more than once for the same order. We will refund the extra charge.
• A gift went to the wrong email address and has not been opened. We will do our best to send it to the correct address.

Email orlychissick@ahavasana.org with the name and email on the order and a short explanation. We will reply within 3 business days. Where a refund is approved, it goes back to the original payment method, and banks can take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
