Who we are
AhavaSana is a wellness platform created by Orly Chissick, a US citizen. Legal inquiries are governed by United States law.
We offer free educational resources and nervous system practices designed for caregivers — whether you support someone professionally or care for someone you love.
Not therapy. Not medical advice.
AhavaSana is a wellness and education platform. It is not a clinical service, a therapy practice, or a substitute for professional mental health support.
Nothing on this website, including the Aid Kit, education articles, or yoga and breathwork practices, constitutes medical advice, psychological treatment, or a therapeutic relationship of any kind.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or believe you need clinical support, please contact a qualified mental health professional or crisis service in your area.

Private offerings
From time to time, Orly may work privately with individuals. Any such arrangement, including what is provided, how it is delivered, any intake or waiver required, and refund terms, is agreed directly with that person and governed by these terms.
If a technical error resulted in an incorrect or duplicate charge, please contact us and we will make it right.
The Caregiver's Care Package
What it is. The Caregiver's Care Package is a collection of five audio recordings, created by AhavaSana. You can buy it for yourself or as a gift for someone else. The price is $29 USD, paid once. There is no subscription.
How you receive it. After your payment is confirmed, the recipient is sent an email with a private link. The link opens a page where the recordings can be played in a web browser. No account or app is needed. Delivery is usually immediate. If anything is still being prepared, we will tell you by email and send it as soon as it is ready.
Your private link. The link is the key to the recordings. Anyone who has it can listen, so please keep it private. If you lose it, you can request it again from the "Lost your link?" form on the listening page, and we will send it to the email address on the order. You may share the link with the person it is for, for example if you bought a gift and chose to send it to yourself first.
Gifts. When you buy a gift, you are responsible for entering the recipient's name and email correctly. We are not able to correct a wrong address after delivery, but you can contact us and we will do our best to help. The personal note you write will be shown to the recipient in their email and on their private page. Please keep it kind and appropriate. By giving us the recipient's name and email, you confirm that you are comfortable sharing it with us for this purpose.
What you may do with it. The recordings are for personal listening only. You may not copy, record, share publicly, resell, or post them online, or use them in classes, apps, or other products, without our written permission. You may play them as often as you like using your private link.
How long it stays available. We intend to keep the Care Package available for as long as AhavaSana offers it. If we ever need to retire it, we will give at least 90 days' notice by email to the address on the order.
Not medical or therapeutic care. The Care Package is a gift of rest and attention. It is not medical advice, therapy, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not replace care from a health professional. If you are in distress or in need of urgent support, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.
Movement and self-massage. Two recordings include gentle movement and light self-massage. Please move within your own comfort. Skip anything that doesn't feel right, and stop if something hurts. If you have a medical condition, an injury, are pregnant, or have been advised to limit movement, check with your healthcare provider first. By using these recordings, you take responsibility for how you move.
Listening safely. Please do not listen to the recordings while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything that needs your full attention.
Payment. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices are shown in US dollars.
Refunds. See the Refund Policy.
Changes. We may update these terms, the website, and the Care Package from time to time. Changes apply from the moment they are posted, and your continued use of the website means you accept them.
Limits of responsibility. To the extent allowed by law, AhavaSana is not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Care Package.

Your responsibilities
By using AhavaSana you agree to use the platform for your own personal wellbeing only.
You agree not to reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, upload, publicly share, or otherwise provide any paid AhavaSana content to another person without written permission, including journals, personalized recorded practices, bonus materials, or other materials provided to you privately.
The personalized practice is provided to the purchaser for their own personal use.
Intellectual property
All content on AhavaSana including written articles, audio recordings, video practices, journal materials, and design is the original work of Orly Chissick and AhavaSana. It may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Limitation of liability
AhavaSana and Orly Chissick are not liable for any outcomes, decisions, or experiences that result from using this platform. You take full responsibility for your own wellbeing and choices in connection with your use of AhavaSana.
These terms, and the liability waiver signed as part of the intake process, are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Modifications to offerings
AhavaSana reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of its offerings at any time. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated offering.
