Who we are

AhavaSana is a wellness platform created by Orly Chissick, a US citizen. Legal inquiries are governed by United States law.

We offer free educational resources, nervous system practices, and a guided personal journey called The Return, designed for caregivers — whether you support someone professionally or care for someone you love.

Not therapy. Not medical advice.

AhavaSana is a wellness and education platform. It is not a clinical service, a therapy practice, or a substitute for professional mental health support.

Nothing on this website, including the Aid Kit, education articles, yoga and breathwork practices, or The Return journey, constitutes medical advice, psychological treatment, or a therapeutic relationship of any kind.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or believe you need clinical support, please contact a qualified mental health professional or crisis service in your area.

By using AhavaSana, you acknowledge and accept this.

The Return: what you are purchasing

When you purchase The Return, you receive access to a digital caregiver journal delivered by email, a private 30-minute conversation with Orly Chissick by phone or Zoom, two personalized 60-minute recorded yoga and meditation practices created for you following that conversation, and any additional materials described on The Return page at the time of purchase.

After you complete the required intake form and liability waiver, Orly will reach out within 72 hours to arrange the 30-minute conversation.

Following the conversation, your two personalized recorded practices will be created and delivered to you within 14 days.

The 30-minute conversation is not a yoga or meditation session and is not recorded. Its purpose is to allow Orly to learn more about you, your caregiving experience, your needs, and relevant preferences before creating your personalized practices.

The personalized practices are prerecorded and are intended for you to use independently and on your own time.

Liability waiver

Before participating in The Return, you will be asked to review and sign a liability waiver as part of the intake process.

The intake form and liability waiver must be completed before the 30-minute conversation can be arranged and before personalized practices can be created.

Refunds

All sales are final. Because The Return includes immediate access to a digital journal and individualized preparation and personalized content, we are unable to offer refunds once a purchase is complete.

If a technical error resulted in an incorrect or duplicate charge, please contact us and we will make it right.

Completing The Return process

The Return requires your participation in the intake process and 30-minute conversation before your personalized practices can be created.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and responding to reasonable attempts by Orly to arrange the conversation.

The 14-day creation and delivery period begins after the 30-minute conversation has taken place.

If you do not complete the intake process or do not respond to attempts to arrange the conversation, AhavaSana cannot create or deliver your personalized practices until the required information and conversation have been completed.

Your responsibilities

By using AhavaSana you agree to use the platform for your own personal wellbeing only.

You agree not to reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, upload, publicly share, or otherwise provide any paid AhavaSana content to another person without written permission, including The Return journal, personalized recorded practices, bonus materials, or other materials provided as part of The Return.

The personalized practices are provided to the purchaser for their own personal use.

Intellectual property

All content on AhavaSana including written articles, audio recordings, video practices, journal materials, and design is the original work of Orly Chissick and AhavaSana. It may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Limitation of liability

AhavaSana and Orly Chissick are not liable for any outcomes, decisions, or experiences that result from using this platform. You take full responsibility for your own wellbeing and choices in connection with your use of AhavaSana.

These terms, and the liability waiver signed as part of the intake process, are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Modifications to offerings

AhavaSana reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of its offerings, including The Return, at any time. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated offering.
