When you sign the liability waiver as part of your intake, we also collect your typed legal name and the date of signature as your e-signature.

We also collect basic usage data through standard website analytics, including pages visited and time spent on the site. This data is anonymous and used only to understand how the site is being used.

How we use your information

We use your information to deliver what you have purchased or signed up for, to send occasional letters and updates if you have subscribed, to schedule and conduct your private conversation if you have purchased The Return, and to improve the website and its content.

We do not sell your information. We do not share your information with third parties except as necessary to deliver our services, for example our email platform and payment processor.

Your intake form responses

The information you share in the intake form before your private conversation is read only by Orly Chissick and used solely to prepare for your conversation and personalized practices. It is treated with complete confidentiality and is never shared with anyone.

Email communications

If you subscribe to receive letters from Orly, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. We do not send promotional emails to people who have not subscribed.

If you have purchased The Return and have not yet completed your intake form, you will receive one automated reminder email 7 days after purchase.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through a third-party payment processor. AhavaSana does not store your payment card information.

Cookies

Our website uses only essential cookies necessary for the site to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
