A caregiver is anyone who provides ongoing physical or emotional support to someone facing illness, disability, trauma, or aging.
Common caregiving tasks include: medication management, daily care, emotional support, or simply being the person someone else relies on.
This includes unpaid family members and friends, as well as paid professionals.
